12:18 a.m. "She aches just like a woman, but she breaks just like a little girl." ~Bob Dylan, Just Like a Woman "I can't hear the gunsmoke!" ~Me, in a dream (according to my dad). So, right. Wedding in CA was beutiful, (though a bit depressing for yours truly of course). Got smashed at rehearsal dinner and threw up on self (spit on mom too) at end of night. It was perfect too, because Evan got smashed at reception the next night. Actually, am a bit smashed at the moment now, with "Everybody Must get Stoned" playing in the background. Perfect. There was abit family drama too, of course, but what big event is complete without it? (Though not as much drama as at Amy's wedding, so there was improvement... Got lots of ideas for future essays while in CA but have failed tro write anything concrete down. Very sad. Oh well. Later, there always seems to be later. This is the advantage (disadvatage?) of being young. Hmm, I have been reading the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. Finished The Gunslinger and just started Drawing of the Three. Exellent. Other books read (1 re-read) so far this summer: Both Bridget Jones books- Helen Fielding Despite my lack of written essays so far this summer, I have written a letter to Nancy M. and I'm sending her a copy of my most recent essay written in class. Yikes! Spending lots of time with Fox. Exellent. Trying to put together an "Exercise" program for me with Marc. Love Marc to death, but insert sarcastic "yay" here. Good vacation so far, yes. |
